Users and owners are not required to exchange direct contact information to arrange viewings.

Data Shared with Owners

For viewing organization, the property owner may be provided with the user's full name and verification status.

Full identification data, such as national ID or passport numbers, is not shared with owners solely for scheduling viewings, unless required by legal grounds or transaction needs.

New Developments & Investment Projects

Information on off-plan projects may include renders, floor plans, projected sizes, specifications, pricing, and completion timelines. These details may evolve during construction.

Final specifications, pricing, payment schedules, and completion dates are formalized in contracts signed directly with the developer or seller.

Buyers pay zero agency commission to Montenegro Dream Homes when purchasing new development properties under standard partner models.

Property Listings

Submitting property details via the platform does not automatically conclude a brokerage agreement with Montenegro Dream Homes.

Upon receiving a submission, the Company may contact the owner to verify details, review documents, discuss terms, arrange photography or virtual tours, and finalize an agency contract.

The Company reserves the right to decide whether to list a property based on legal regulations, quality standards, and business criteria.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users may use the platform solely for lawful real estate purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
