• How can I schedule a viewing?

  You can schedule a viewing directly through our platform. On the selected property page, choose a date and time that suit you and submit an online request. Both the owner and our agent receive the request, and the owner can accept or decline the proposed time. Our agent then communicates with both parties, aligns the schedule, provides necessary details, and organizes the viewing. Throughout the process, the agent tracks the request and coordinates communication.

• Do I communicate directly with the property owner?

  No. Communication between user and owner is facilitated by our agent. The owner receives viewing requests via the platform and can accept or decline, while the agent maintains separate contact with both parties. This ensures all information, schedule updates, and next steps flow through the agent, who monitors the entire process for clear and organized communication.

• What is the agent's role during the process?

  The agent guides the process from the initial request to the final purchase or rental agreement. You do not need to contact the owner directly or restart the request process — your agent manages the arrangement until a suitable time is confirmed.
